@Codrut, I can’t get on with Plimus AT ALL – it takes me an age to just try and get reports out of it. And I decided against Clickbank because of the link left issue. I know there are ways around that but e-junkie doesn’t need a workaround.
What promo materials did you have in mind?
Plimus is very easy to use – it’s what I recommend.
If ejunkie is good for you, good luck with it!
When I suggested to add more promo materials to your affiliate page I meant this:
all types of affiliate promos including article samples, headlines, sig files, classified ads, solo ads, etc.

@Stan, link theft is a problem that when using the standard clickbank affiliate links it is possible for potential buyers to replace the affiliate ID with their own ID and thus rob the original affiliate of their commission.
