It’s All Happening at Once! - 4 Announcements

July 28, 2008 Posted under: Miscellaneous by Caroline Middlebrook

The end of July and beginning of August is a busy time for Internet Marketing! Lots of stuff going on so I thought I’d just lump it all together in a single post:

Teaching Sells Closes It’s Doors Thursday 31st July

Teaching Sells is a membership site designed to teach you how to build your own membership site in which you teach other people something. I wrote an in-depth review of it recently. It has been going for around 9 months and they have now put together 10 complete courses which amounts to an absolute ton of material. However on July 31st they are closing their doors to new members, and re-formatting all the content to re-launch with a minimum price tag of $997. So this is your last chance to get in at $97 per month which is the current price.

Brian and Tony Clark (not related!) have written a post to explain exactly why they are closing and what the future holds. Read their article here.

I joined Teaching Sells as a charter member back in October and have kept my membership ever since but I haven’t been through much of the content. The initial courses guide you towards researching your markets for profitability and so on but I just couldn’t come up with an idea that felt right so I never got off the ground with my own membership site.

Blog Mastermind Re-Opens Tuesday 29th July

As one door closes another one opens! Yaro’s Blog Mastermind is re-opening on Tuesday and that will also cost $97 a month or you can buy the entire materials up front for a one off payment of $497. As a run up to the launch Yaro has been creating some videos and he’s just published another two videos today. These ones focus on the actual money that he makes from his blog.

In the first video he shows exactly how he makes money and in the second video he shows you the proof just in case you don’t believe the numbers! If you’ve missed the earlier free content that he has put out here is the recap:

Thirty Day Challenge Starts Friday 1st August

The Thirty Day Challenge is a very special live course (completely free of charge) that runs throughout the month of August and aims to teach absolute newbies a way to make their first dollar online and show them how they can start their own online business. I took part last year and it was that which prompted me to quit my job, start this blog and begin my new career! I recently wrote a post explaining exactly what the Thirty Day Challenge is and how it affected me.

The training officially kicks off on the 1st August but since the beginning of June they have been putting out free training videos about all the tools that will be used throughout the challenge. If you haven’t started yet then sign up and get stuck into the pre-season. There are currently 11 videos but don’t worry, none of them take very long - around 15 minutes each so there is plenty of time to catch up.

My New Blog is Live

I wasn’t going to launch my new blog until next week but I noticed that some sneaky people managed to find it all by themselves and I have subscribers already! So, I have brought it forward a week instead. I have written six posts and back dated them so it looks like I started the blog two weeks ago! Check it out here:

Life Should Feel GOOD!

Also, as part of the launch of this blog, I have now developed a free email course called The Bloggers Bible, which is all about building a brand new blog from scratch and in some places I will be documenting the steps I have taken both with this blog and the new one.

Interested in Blogging? My free course, The Bloggers Bible contains everything you need to know about building a highly popular and profitable blog from scratch!

It’s funny, I’m about to officially ‘launch’ my blog in the same niche. You can click my name to see which site I mean, I haven’t told anybody outside the niche about it yet.

Congrats and I wish you the best of luck!

BTW it seems you are interested in the teachings of Eckhart (Ecky is my homeboy) and Abraham, I’ve read a lot of their teachings already.

One book that links all of these and business is called ‘Do You by Russell Simmons’. Theres a review on my site if you click sitemap but I think you should just go ahead and buy it anyway, I enjoyed the link between spirituality and business / goals.

Cheers,
Glen

Congratulations for launching Life Should Feel GOOD!

Don’t know if I’d sign-up for another ‘life improvement’ blog.. just kidding! lol

I’m eagerly waiting your progress with all these products you mentioned as that’s why I keep reading this blog, to hear about your results.

Best..

It’s probably to late to change, but are you absolutely certain you want to launch a flagship blog on a dot net?

A lot of blogs launched at the same time! I love your new one.

@Glen, nice blog, I especially like the way you’ve done the images. And thanks also for commenting on the new blog :) I’ll check out that book, thanks very much - another one for the ever-growing wishlist!

@Codrut, the new blog won’t have any products attached to it so don’t worry about being pitched :-)

@Paul, no I din’t want to but the .com was taken and as the name was 4 words it was too long to hyphenate. I tried different combo’s with fewer hyphens or changing the name but couldn’t find anything that looked right so I plumped for the .net in the end. I might be able to get the .com later on.

I’m really excited about the Thirty Day Challenge. Many thanks Caroline as it was through your blog postings that I discovered it. Otherwise I may never have known and be taking part.
