Hi Caroline – These were great posts. Yaro is correct when he says long copy works – but it doesn’t work for everything. It’s used a lot on the Internet for money making products. But, the annoying thing is, it’s usually written by a professional copywriter and the actually product is often rubbish in comparison.

I also like Ian’s email series a lot. But, we struggle to remember to collect email addresses from customers offline. Maybe this is because I’m not left handed.
